The big picture was wrong and this was the impetus for the company to find a solution that would ensure that the metrics would clearly and effectively monitor everyone using this application.

Dynatrace technology (Com­puware APM – dynaTrace and Compuware APM – User Experience Management) was implemented for real-time monitoring. 

Dynatrace technologies were implemented and thanks to their metrics, finding and fixing errors is easier than ever before, markedly faster and cooperation with the service provider MojeO2 is notably better.

The client receives increased visibility from the operational data and can now monitor application performance to quantify the business impact of the applications more effectively.
