Fraud detection systems focus on the operating data of customers. Regular and comprehensive analyses look for patterns of behavior and unwanted attention towards this data when running. The system may be of value to you even if you are not a TelCo operator – we can monitor and analyze almost all operating data and quickly respond to any problems detected.

The Fraud Detection System (FDS) consists of the following modules:
Data load – the system operates continuously and reads data from a CDR Repository:
Indicators & Profiles – The data calculates indicators, each of which describes the following types of behavior. For example: „The number of minutes of calling abroad.“ A set of indicators generated for a subscriber is called its Profile.
Alarms & Incidents – If any indicator value is too high, an alarm is generated. Multiple alarms for a single telephone number are grouped in an incident and incidents are subsequently presented to the FDS operator who decides how to react and help customers.
This system may be of interest even if you are not a mobile operator as the system can track virtually any operating data and analyze them for selected types of behavior.
