Ondøej Frydrych Appointed Managing Director of the Czech Office of Adastra
Prague, September 1, 2009 – As of September 1, 2009, Ondøej Frydrych has been appointed the Managing Director of Adastra CZ, a Czech part of Adastra Group, an international consulting and software company. Ondøej will retain his role as the Managing Partner of Adastra Business Consulting, an Adastra Group subsidiary. Katarína Machková, who held the position of Adastra Managing Director in the CR until now, has left the company and is looking forward to other challenges in her professional career.

Ondøej Frydrych (1970) is a core team player of Adastra Group. In the last few years, he has focused his activities and personal development in strategic management and business consulting. His extensive technological knowledge in combination with a sense of entrepreneurship and superb managerial skills are the best prerequisites for his role as Managing Director at Adastra Czech. In this position he will define the strategic vision of the company and formulate the conditions leading to its fulfillment.
His strong managerial orientation was clearly in proof in 2008, when Ondrej established Adastra Business Consulting (ABC) as an independent company within Adastra Group. Under his leadership, this consulting firm focusing on management consulting, has built a strong reputation in risk management and marketing, a reputation that has been substantiate by a number of international projects (in Russia, China, Kazakhstan and other countries) for many customers such as Home Credit, Komerèní banka, Raiffeisen International, and UniCredit bank to name just a few.
Ondøej started his professional career in technology, having spent several years in the US working for Xerox and Kodak, and being one of the founders of eProductivity, an Internet startup. Over the years, he gained renown as a leading expert in management and entrepreneurship. Ondøej received his MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology (USA). He likes to relax by playing golf. As a wine connoisseur, he enjoys discovering new kinds of wine and exploring wine regions.
