He has been with Adastra Group for seven years, in the last few years, he has focused his activities and personal development in strategic management and business consulting. His strong managerial orientation was clearly in proof in 2008, when Ondøej established Adastra Business Consulting (ABC) as an independent company within Adastra Group. Under his leadership, this consulting firm focusing on management consulting, has built a strong reputation in risk management and marketing, a reputation that has been substantiate by a number of international projects (in Russia, China, Kazakhstan and other countries).
