Prague, April 12th, 2006 – Adastra Corporation, an international consulting and software company, reported its financial results for the 2005 calendar year. Total revenues amounted to 541 million CZK, which represents a 40% increase over 2004. In terms of value added services, the core business activity at Adastra, the Company increased its earnings by 45% to 533 million CZK. Adastra’s services generate 98% of the Company’s overall revenues. The Company’s foreign operations (mainly in Canada and Germany) account for 26% of overall earnings.

Company Development in 2005
In 2005, Adastra continued in the development of activities around their core business of Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Mining, analytical CRM, and data integration solutions and services. The Company also placed major emphasis on product development by increasing the numbers of their existing Product Development Department and by developing its own specialized software solutions, such as:
- Adastra Purity.360 – a solution for consolidating and cleaning client data;
- Adastra Anti-Money Laundering System – a solution used to uncover money laundering;
- Adastra Fraud Management System – a solution for the detection of insurance or telecommunication fraud;
- Campaign Management – a solution for managing and evaluating marketing campaigns.
The Company also expanded application development and testing custom applications including Quality Validation & Verification solutions, and the outsourcing of software services.
New Clients
Adastra has continued in its global activities and is bringing to fruition a number of large-scale, specialized, and comprehensive projects with major clients. The Company’s new clients in 2005 include PPF, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic, the Czech Credit Bureau, Tatra banka Slovakia, T-Mobile Slovakia, Consumer Finance Holding Slovakia, AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, Brit Insurance, Deutsche Bank, RBC Royal Bank, and TD Bank Financial Group.
